We are seeking a production-oriented Paralegal/Case Manager to join our legal team. Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with case management on personal injury cases.
- Manage case files electronically using document management systems
- Support client communication by scheduling meetings, preparing interview questions, transcribing notes, and maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams on project timelines, deadlines, and case progress updates to ensure smooth workflow.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting legal documents and client correspondence with clarity and professionalism.
- Experience in conducting interviews with clients or witnesses to gather pertinent case information.
