Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Sharon Community Health Center in Sharon, Pennsylvania.
COMPENSATION

Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 based on experience.

POSITION OVERVIEW
-
Provide outpatient behavioral health services for patients of all ages.
-
Conduct behavioral health screenings, comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and individualized treatment planning.

Provide psychotherapy for individuals experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.

Collaborate with primary care providers and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation while delivering evidence-based treatment.

Practice in a supportive outpatient setting with full administrative and clinical support.

Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Current Pennsylvania Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.

Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment.

Ability to perform behavioral health assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

Experience treating mental health and substance use disorders.

Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team.
