Operations Analyst
Location: Charlotte, NC 28255
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Pay Rate: $18/hr W2
Schedule: Onsite 5 days/week during training, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support trade closing and settlement activities for syndicated bank loan transactions in primary and secondary markets.
- Prepare, review, and confirm trade documentation including trade confirmations, assignment agreements, and funding memos.
- Coordinate with traders, sales teams, research analysts, counterparties, legal teams, agent banks, and operations groups.
- Manage post-trade activities, document negotiations, settlement pricing, and issue resolution.
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks, operational discrepancies, and settlement-related issues.
- Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in secondary loan trading operations; knowledge of ClearPar preferred.
- Understanding of syndicated loan settlements and credit documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
