Tire Technician / Automotive Mechanic
Stark Tires & Auto is a locally owned and operated automotive repair shop serving the Canton community since 2014. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Tire Technician / Automotive Mechanic to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Mount, balance, repair, and install new and used tires
- Perform brake inspections and brake repairs
- Diagnose and repair suspension components
- Install and replace batteries
- Diagnose and replace alternators
- Perform general automotive maintenance and repairs
- Complete vehicle inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe
- Provide quality workmanship while maintaining a positive attitude
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of automotive or tire service experience preferred
- Knowledge of tire equipment and basic automotive repair
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
