Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for driving high-end fleet vehicle sales through proactive outreach, exceptional customer service, and strategic relationship building. Your expertise in B2B (business-to-business) sales, negotiation, and inventory management will be essential to expanding our fleet customer base. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic outbound sales initiatives to identify and engage prospective fleet clients across various industries.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
- Conduct compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase fleet vehicle options tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details with clients to secure high-end fleet deals that maximize value for both parties.
- Manage customer relationships with excellent communication skills, providing ongoing support through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
- Collaborate with inventory management teams to ensure availability of vehicles and optimize inventory control.
- Upsell additional services such as maintenance packages or vehicle upgrades to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain organized records of all sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools for effective sales management.
- Support marketing efforts by participating in outreach campaigns and representing the company at trade shows or industry events.
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automobile sales with dealership or retail background preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals confidently.
- Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, with multilingual capabilities as a plus.
- Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline through cold calling and outbound sales strategies.
- Proficiency with CRM software for tracking leads, managing contacts, and monitoring sales progress.
- Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control, retail math, and organizational skills necessary for managing multiple accounts efficiently.
- Ability to perform retail math calculations accurately for pricing strategies and deal structuring.
- Experience in marketing activities related to automotive or fleet solutions is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing customer data and follow-up schedules.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle complex negotiations professionally while maintaining positive relationships.
