Associate General Dentist
Fatemi Family Dentistry is seeking an experienced, restoratively driven General Dentist to join our growing Maryland practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician to focus on high-quality restorative care within a fully digital environment, supported by dedicated mentorship and zero lab fee overhead.
Clinical Focus & Responsibilities
- Focus heavily on comprehensive restorative dentistry, including crowns, bridges, and composite fillings.
- Deliver high-quality care without the pressure to perform specialty procedures; root canal therapy and implant placement are explicitly not required.
- Collaborate on treatment planning and benefit from ongoing mentorship and guidance to continue refining your restorative techniques.
Practice Advantages & Technology
- Zero Lab Fees: We operate a fully equipped in-house dental laboratory. Associates do not pay lab fees for crowns, bridges, occlusal guards, or clear aligners.
- State-of-the-Art Equipment: Practice fully digital CAD/CAM dentistry utilizing our in-house 3Shape Trios intraoral scanners and Formlabs 3D printers.

Candidate Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree with an active Maryland dental license.
- 5 to 10+ years of clinical experience following dental school.
- High proficiency and confidence in foundational restorative dentistry and crown and bridge workflows.
- A collaborative mindset with a strong dedication to patient-centered care.
Pay: $152,068.94 - $183,136.78 per year
