Financial Transfers and Onboarding Coordinator
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Financial Transfers and Onboarding Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing client account transfers, processing new business applications, coordinating with insurance carriers, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional client service throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and oversee accurate account transfers for new and existing clients.
- Prepare, complete, and submit new client applications and all corresponding paperwork.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure accounts are established correctly and efficiently.
- Provide weekly status updates to pending clients via phone and email.
- Maintain accurate client records within the company CRM database.
- Enter office production and business activity data into spreadsheets daily.
- Review documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Follow up with carriers, clients, and internal team members regarding outstanding requirements.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
- Support client appreciation events, educational workshops, seminars, and community outreach activities.
- Attend client-facing events and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Maintain flexibility to work occasional evenings and Saturdays based on business needs and scheduled events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, account services, or office support role.
- Financial services or insurance industry experience preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong data entry skills with moderate to fast typing speed and high accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proper grammar and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting salary of $50,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Occasional evening and Saturday attendance for client and community events
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
