We’re hiring a Real Estate Closer Assistant to help manage transactions from contract to closing. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the operational side of real estate—keeping deals organized, timelines on track, and clients supported every step of the way.
Whether you’ve been a realtor, transaction coordinator, assistant, mortgage or title professional—or worked in a fast-paced admin role—this is a chance to build a long-term career in real estate operations.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and support multiple real estate transactions from contract to closing
- Track key dates, deadlines, and contingencies to keep deals on schedule
- Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors
- Prepare and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing logistics
- Ensure a smooth, professional closing experience for all parties

- Clients and partners feel informed, supported, and confident
- Details are handled accurately without constant oversight
- You proactively identify and solve potential bottlenecks

Preferred Experience
Strongly preferred:
- Real estate transactions (agent, TC, assistant, title, mortgage, escrow, etc.)
- Managing multiple timelines or projects at once
- High-touch client service or operations roles
Exceptional candidates with transferable experience will also be considered.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Active notary license or willingness to obtain after hire
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive hourly pay + overtime when/if applicable (time-and-a-half)
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Paid 1-hour lunch
- 2 weeks of PTO after first year
