This is a West Coast regional position with consistent miles, no-touch dry van freight, and a weekly gross that averages $1,200 to $1,500. No fluff here's what the job actually looks like.
WEEKLY PAY & MILES
- Average weekly gross: $1,200 to $1,500
- Top 30% of drivers are making $1,700/wk
- Mileage: 2,100 to 2,300 miles per week
- Pay based on experience direct deposit every week
- Monthly performance bonus: up to $0.08 CPM (fuel + safety + performance)
- Paid orientation
SCHEDULE
- Regional route: Southern California to Portland, Washington, and Idaho
- Home time: every other week, 34 to 48 hours
- No slip seating you go home with your truck
FREIGHT & EQUIPMENT
- 100% no-touch dry van freight
- 60% drop and hook
- Lumpers paid when unloading is required
- 2022 and newer Freightliner, Kenworth T680, and International all automatic
- All trucks equipped with APUs

NEW CDL-A GRADUATES WELCOME
- Minimum 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school
- Training duration: 4 to 6 weeks (regional and OTR)
- Training pay: $650 per week
- Home every other week during training (34 to 48 hours)
- Rider and pet policy available after training
REQUIREMENTS
- Age 21 or older with valid Class A CDL
- Clean driving record no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions in the last 5 years
- No termination from previous employer for safety-related reasons
- Solid 10-year work history (gaps from school or training acceptable)
- No DUI/DWI, felonies, or misdemeanors in the last 10 years
- Must pass pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
