Max Distributing is hiring an experienced Retail Merchandising & Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Representative to support a convenience store network in the Arizona market.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in route delivery, merchandising execution, and retail account relationships who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Deliver and merchandise products at assigned retail locations

Maintain accurate inventory levels, displays, and planogram execution

Manage order fulfillment, invoicing, and post-visit reporting

Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams

Execute multiple store visits daily across assigned route

2-3 years of DSD, route delivery, or retail merchandising experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Able to meet the physical demands of the position
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route

Comfortable with inventory tracking, order entry, and reporting tools

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
