HVAC Installer / Lead Installer
Pay: Hourly (based on experience)
Schedule: Part-time or Full-time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer / Lead Installer to perform and lead residential system installations. This role requires strong hands-on experience, the ability to run jobs independently, and deliver high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini splits
- Lead installation jobs from start to finish
- Read and interpret job specs and ensure proper system setup
- Oversee helpers and maintain efficient workflow on job sites
- Ensure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectations
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience with furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, and mini splits
- EPA Certification (required)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a crew
- Proficient with HVAC tools and installation best practices
- Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background and drug screening

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
