District Wide Nurse (between 4 buildings)
-Providing health assessments including mandated health screenings
-Developing and implementing Individual Health Care Plans
-Administers daily and PRN medications to students with accompanying physician orders
-Provides direct care and refers as needed in the event of acute illness, injury and/or emotional disturbances
-Provides health information to assist students and families, and staff in making health-related decisions
Is responsible for maintaining and updating cumulative electronic health records
-Trains staff in emergency procedures, EpiPen use, universal precautions and other health-related issues
Salary per the Unit A contract
Massachusetts DESE License Required
Massachusetts Registered Nurse License Required

Pay: $53,233.00 - $89,311.00 per year
