The Part-Time Program Coordinator supports Roosevelt University’s TRIO Student Support Services (SSS STEM & Regular) programs by coordinating student programming, workshops, tutoring and peer mentoring initiatives, student outreach, and data management efforts. This role supports low-income, first-generation, and/or students with disabilities while fostering a student-centered and inclusive environment focused on persistence, retention, and graduation.
The coordinator will assist with student engagement initiatives, program logistics, recruitment and intake processes, compliance tracking, and database management to support federal TRIO grant objectives.
The salary for this part-time position is $29-$32 per hour commensurate with experience.
Please note that this is a 100% grant funded position (contingent on U.S. Department of Education funding and continuation of the grant)

Time Commitment
- Attend regular staff meetings and supervisor check-ins.
- Participate in TRIO events, workshops, and student programming activities.
- Provide support during key student engagement and onboarding events, including Welcome Day.
