- Manage all on-site construction activities for a historic renovation and restoration project.
- Lead daily field operations to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and productivity objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
- Ensure work is completed in compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards.
- Maintain project documentation and communicate updates to project leadership.
- Enforce jobsite safety practices and company standards.
- Drive project completion milestones and support successful turnover of the facility.
