Lead Superintendent - Multi-family
We are a General Contractor that has steadily grown throughout the years and we have a specific focus in building new multi-family properties. We are looking to bring on an experienced Lead Superintendent to to our teams in Raleigh and Charlottesville. What You Will Be Doing
- Garden-Style, mid-rise projects
- Scheduling, Staffing
- MEP, Slab, Finishes etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of Superintendent experience
- 2+ Completed Multi-family Projects
- High School Diploma, Bachelors preferred
