To serve AC&T customers promptly, courteously friendly and enhance the image of AC&T by preparing and frying chicken. AC&T is a service company whose goal is to make every shopping experience profitable and pleasurable.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintains contact with the Store/Kitchen Manager.

Maintain inventory control.

Is responsible for any guidelines set up by the Manager that are not contrary to Company policies.

Maintaining a clean kitchen within the standards set by the store/kitchen manager.

Adheres to State regulations in regards to food service.
-
Is responsible for abiding by all Company rules and regulations designated herein and later as the Company deems necessary.

Be able to clean, bread and fry chicken

Be able to remove multiple 50 lb. cases of chicken from a walk –in cooler transporting it approximately 15 feet to a table.

Be able to remove all the chicken from the box, flour it into two 25 lb. totes and place in a double door refrigerator.

Be able to remove the totes from the refrigerator and drop chicken into a fryer and subsequently lift out the chicken after it has been cooked.

Be able to read and understand instructions for operating equipment.

Be able to serve food out of a food case that is kept at a minimum of 140 degrees F.

Performs other tasks & duties as assigned or required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
-
Will be exposed to heat, cold and noisy conditions.

Be at least eighteen years of age or have a work permit.

Be able to speak, read, understand and write the English language.

Be able to react to a fire by lifting a fire extinguisher weighing 20 pounds and moving it to the fire area.

Be able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Be able to enter and work in a cooler at a temperature of 38 degrees up to 15 minutes at a time.

Be able to communicate by telephone and/or store intercom.
-
Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and extended hours when and if necessary.
