Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing organization.
This position will serve as an important point of contact for customers, tenants, vendors, employees, and management while helping coordinate administrative tasks across both office and field operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, communicates well, stays organized, and takes ownership of assignments through completion.
This is a hands-on administrative position that includes general office administration, billing support, work-order coordination, recordkeeping, and occasional visits to company properties.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance to customers, tenants, vendors, and other business contacts.
- Coordinate, track, and follow up on maintenance requests and work orders through completion.
- Assist with billing, payment records, accounts receivable, invoices, and general expense documentation.
- Maintain organized and accurate company records, files, correspondence, and administrative documentation.
- Visit company properties as needed to document conditions, identify outstanding items, and verify completion of work.
- Communicate with employees, vendors, and management to help keep projects and administrative items moving.
- Provide general administrative support and assist with other office responsibilities as needed.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently follow through.
- Comfortable working with invoices, payment records, spreadsheets, email, and standard office software.
- Professional and dependable with the ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
- Previous experience in office administration, billing, accounts receivable, construction administration, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Must be comfortable occasionally visiting company properties as part of the position.
