Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Thrive Rehabilitation of Pearland on our night shift (6 PM - 6 AM). As a valued member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in the post-acute setting, helping them achieve their optimal level of function and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including basic nursing procedures, according to established standards and protocols
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report patients' conditions to licensed nurses and physicians
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members
