Job Summary
Event Staff NYC is hiring bartenders and servers for upcoming events in NYC and nearby neighborhoods. This is a flexible, on-call hospitality role for professionals who are reliable, polished, and comfortable working fast-paced events, private functions, and venue operations.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, stations, and service areas.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
- Support guest experience by greeting attendees, giving directions, and handling service needs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the event.
- Work with captains, venue managers, and event leads to keep service running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality, restaurant, catering, nightlife, or event experience is a requirement.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Punctual, professional, and able to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to follow direction and perform well under pressure.
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus.
Pay
Hourly pay based on role, experience, and event assignment.
