Position Summary
The Direct Mail & Digital Advertising Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and selling integrated marketing solutions including direct mail, email marketing, social media advertising, search marketing, and other digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and lead follow-up
- Meet with business owners and decision-makers to assess marketing needs
- Present customized direct mail and digital advertising solutions
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaign success
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and revenue targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity in CRM system
Qualifications
- 2+ years of outside sales, B2B sales, advertising sales, or marketing sales experience preferred
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and virtual meeting platforms
- Knowledge of direct mail, digital advertising, or marketing services is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
