Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Duties
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring all phases meet quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools, coordinating timelines across multiple teams and subcontractors
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates with Construction estimating software, and implementing cost control measures
- Oversee the review and interpretation of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts to ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations
- Coordinate construction site activities, including scheduling deliveries, managing on-site safety protocols, and ensuring adherence to construction regulations
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, tracking progress, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining clear communication among stakeholders
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, or Project management software to streamline workflows and documentation
Skills
- Extensive experience with construction site management and overseeing large-scale infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 and construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, cost management, and budget control techniques
- Ability to read and interpret complex construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and contracts accurately
- Familiarity with civil engineering software including Civil 3D for infrastructure design coordination
- Demonstrated leadership in managing teams within a construction management role while fostering collaboration
- Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively across multiple projects
- Skilled in managing project documentation including contracts, change orders, schedules, and reports
- Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams

Pay: $76,946.98 - $92,667.34 per year
