SWAN Capital is looking for a Business Development Representative to expand our client base and build genuine relationships that lead to lasting impact. This is a relationship-first role for someone who sees every conversation as the start of something bigger.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients.
- Engage warm and cold leads and guide them toward a first meeting.
- Represent SWAN Capital at dinners, workshops, and client events.
- Manage your prospect list and pipeline in the CRM.
- Follow up with event attendees to secure appointments.
- Track conversion rates and report on what's working.
