Excellent opportunity for an individual who is looking for a physicians office with 5 providers. Tired of working weekends and holidays? Join our top-notch staff, full-time in an allergy office in Fairfield and Trumbull. You will work as part of team of 5 nurses to ensure excellent patient care to children and adults.
Hours until 6 pm Monday - Thursday and Fridays until 4 pm.
Key daily responsibilities:
- Giving allergy injections to children and adults,
- Spirometries and nebulizers
- Performing skin tests
- Teaching patients about their meds and allergen avoidance
- Assisting with other patient needs including answer and returning phone calls, school forms and shipping serums
- Management of Oral Challenge Patients
Experience:
- 1 year nursing experience with at least one year in a physicians office
- Direct patient interaction
- Extremely detailed oriented
