Southern California’s premier commercial HVAC service provider seeks a Fleet Coordinator with experience managing a fleet of 300+ vehicles. Our Fleet Coordinator is responsible for ensuring our fleet is proactively maintained to minimize downtime, while also streamlining repairs.
Ontario Refrigeration operates from 10 locations in the Western United States and has a 65+ year track record of exceeding expectations. This position is located in our corporate office in Ontario, CA.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Frequent communication of vehicle service issues to management.
- Monitoring and maintaining vehicle maintenance records.
- Handle incoming calls from drivers to resolve issues.
- Assist in procurement and outfitting of new vehicles.
- Maintain DMV records.
- Create relationships with vendors to assure quality service and repairs at best rates from providers.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in fleet management.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
