Industrial Maintenance Technician installs, repairs and maintains our equipment and buildings through troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of service.
Responsibilities:

Produce products that are safe, legal, and with excellent quality
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Repair pneumatic and hydraulic components and systems
- Maintain controls, values, and calibrations to make sure everything is functioning properly
- Make emergency repairs when necessary to off-set excessive down time and production delays
- Utilize root cause analysis techniques to identify and correct equipment failures
- Troubleshoot plant electrical issues and maintain all plant electrical equipment
- AC and DC troubleshooting skills are a must
- Use instructions or manuals on installations, systems layout, and changeovers to complete project work
- Maintain equipment, parts, and supplies inventories by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed equipment, parts, and supplies; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Must be able to physically handle the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, spending working hours on your feet, etc.
· Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
- Minimum 3-years previous industrial mechanical maintenance, electrician or automation experience, including preventive repair in an industrial environment.
- Preference given for the following:
o Experience and knowledge of Siemens S7 Logics, troubleshooting or programming skills
o Lenze Drive experience
o Degree in Mechanical Maintenance, Industrial Electrification and Automation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read schematics and electrical diagrams
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be flexible to work extended hours to support the requirements of the business
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of drug screen and background check.
