Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to assess clients’ needs, goals, and challenges
- Develop tailored action plans that promote personal development and positive behavioral change
- Motivate clients through active listening, encouragement, and accountability strategies
- Track client progress regularly and adjust coaching techniques as needed for optimal results
- Educate clients on health, wellness, and lifestyle topics relevant to their goals
- Maintain detailed records of coaching sessions, progress reports, and action plans using electronic health records (EHR) management systems
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages open communication and trust
Requirements
- Proven experience or background in personal development, health education, or related fields
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire diverse clients
- Knowledge of medical terminology, basic life support (CPR), and patient service principles is advantageous
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR/EHR) systems and medical documentation practices
- Experience working in clinical settings such as plastic surgery clinics, diagnostic radiology centers, or acute care environments is a plus
- Certification or training in critical care experience, blood sampling, manual handling, or patient condition reporting is beneficial

Pay: $25.97 - $31.28 per hour
