We're Looking For Team Members Who:
- Have concrete construction experience.
- Show up on time and ready to work.
- Take pride in producing quality work.
- Work safely and follow company policies.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Concrete Finisher Responsibilities
- Set forms and grade for concrete placement.
- Pour, place, and finish concrete.
- Construct sidewalks, curbs, ADA ramps, slabs, and other concrete structures.
- Operate power trowels, screeds, vibrators, and finishing equipment.
- Read plans and work to project specifications.
Concrete Laborer Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation and grading.
- Set and strip forms.
- Install rebar and wire mesh.
- Assist with concrete placement and finishing.
- Maintain clean and safe jobsites.
Requirements
- Construction or concrete experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. and perform physical labor.
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation.
- Available to work nights and weekends and out of town as needed.
- Commitment to safety and teamwork.
