FillTech USA LLC (“FillTech”) is excited to recruit a full-time 2nd Shift Production Assistant Manager to join its growing team.

➢ The work of FillTech is created in a FDA registered facility and monitored by a deep bench of Quality professionals to ensure compliance with mandated cGMP. For global customers, the company is cleared by Health Canada and other offshore regulators. In addition, FillTech successfully completes regular quality and safety audits by its customers. Many customers, and all of the largest ones, have worked with FillTech for nearly a decade. FillTech has grown primarily through referrals from existing customers.
➢ Founded in 1995, FillTech has grown over the years and moved into its current facility in 2018. The plant and headquarters location is near Rockwell, NC which is east of Salisbury, NC. Salisbury is approximately 40 minutes North of Charlotte and 50 minutes South of the Greensboro/Winston Salem area. Many of its team members commute from the Northern suburbs of Charlotte including Huntersville, Mooresville, Concord or Salisbury.
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The 2nd shift Production Assistant Manager will report to the Production Manager and have specific responsibilities including:
Responsibilities :
- Assigning responsibilities to production employees.
- Coaching employees.
- Supervising and monitoring employees.
- Compiling production records.
- Ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
- Maintaining quality service.
- Ensuring production plans are completed in time.
- Communicating with other manufacturing departments.
- Identifying and troubleshooting production issues.
- Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment.
- cGMP certified.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Prior manager experience supervising over 30 employees.
- Minimum 4 years working in a production setting.
- Experience in a highly regulated industry - FDA preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to act as a change agent.
