Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our dynamic hospitality team, working specifically on Friday and Saturday nights. This vital role combines the responsibilities of front desk operations, guest services, and financial reconciliation, ensuring a seamless overnight experience for our guests. As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the integrity of our hotel’s financial records. Duties
- Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with warmth and professionalism
- Manage front desk operations using multi-line phone systems, ensuring prompt responses to guest inquiries
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs with a positive attitude to enhance their stay experience
- Support other hotel departments as needed to uphold high standards of guest services and hospitality management
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel accounting systems, and guest relations best practices
- Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during overnight hours
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences through friendly interactions and professional demeanor
- Familiarity with hotel policies, guest services protocols, and security procedures to ensure safety and compliance
