Rush City Bakery is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our bread production and packaging crew. This position focuses on slicing, bagging, labeling, and preparing fresh bread and rolls for delivery and retail
Responsibilities:
Operate bread slicing and bagging equipment safely and efficiently

Label and package bakery items accurately for delivery and retail sale

Inspect products for quality and consistency

Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards

Occasionally assist with loading or organizing delivery orders

Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Previous bakery or food production experience is a plus but not required — we’re happy to train the right person!
