Summary
We are seeking a Shift Leader or Cook to join our dynamic team at Panda Restaurant Group in the United States. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding dining experiences while leading our associates with inspiration and support. The Shift Leader will play a significant part in upholding our mission of prioritizing people over profit.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure exceptional service and quality standards.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
- Manage inventory and assist with menu planning to optimize offerings.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies.
- Train new staff on operational procedures and customer service excellence.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improvement.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or restaurant operations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
