Job Description:
Fresh 2U Transportation is seeking a Class-A CDL Yard Spotter
near Oberlin, OH to become a part of our team. The responsibilities consist of moving trailers between staging areas and multiple greenhouses at Green Circle Growers. This is a full-time position, that is overtime eligible. Candidates must have a reliable mode of transportation for a 3pm start time and be willing to work rotating weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safe driving policies
- Daily safety inspection of yard tractor prior to operation
- Daily trailer inventory and organization of the yard
- Safety inspection of trailers prior to loading
- Red Tag trailers and complete DVIR as needed
- Check and maintain reefer temperatures and refuel units as needed
- Shuttle trailers between docks and staging areas (average 26-30 trailer moves per shift)
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Paid Hourly

Job Requirements:
- Minimum age 25 or older
- Minimum 1 year's verifiable experience
- Willing to work weekend rotation
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and cleanliness standards
- Proven initiative and responsibility demonstrated through prior work experience
- Team player with a positive attitude
