Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.

Monitor and report changes in resident condition.

Ensure safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Support residents with physical activities, such as ROM exercises and mobility assistance.

Accurately document care provided and observations.
-
Participate in training, quality improvement, and team collaboration.

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Certification: Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or be willing to obtain certification within three months of hire.
