1. PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The customer service project lead serves as an effective liaison between both the client and the project team to ensure goals and priorities for the project are aligned. The responsible is tasked with facilitating visibility into the project progress through status reports and communicating and delivering information in a timely manner.
Also maintains and distributes all documents necessary to define product compliance and meet customer requirements. Assist on monitoring orders, time schedules, work preparation, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks in the production department. Assist with procurement on cost analysis, purchase orders and coordinating orders with Vendors.

- Able to clearly communicate with project team, management and clients to maintain a certain level of progress.
- Schedule, organize, and prioritize the day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for monitoring project progress from procurement, production and delivery.
- Ensure all products are completed to production, quality and technical specification.
- Perform data entry as directed by management.
- Create and distribute various daily and weekly reports that track order status.
3. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

4. WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- This job operates in a professional office environment, but often works in an indoor environments that do not have heat or air conditioning.
- May occasionally work outdoors.
- Wear safety attire, such as safety glasses, safety gloves and other as applicable.
- Work close to other people, such as when sharing office space.
- May be exposed to loud or distracting sounds or noise levels.
- Typically exposed to office noises and interruptions such as printers, phones, and computers.
5. TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES:
- The operation of business machines and manufacturing equipment necessary to maintain continuity and stability of company operations.
- Must be familiar with safety practices for equipment, lock-out/tag-out, and use of personnel protection equipment (PPE).
- Must have working knowledge of computer software such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Adobe.
6. QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED), Associates degree preferred.
- Two years of related experience preferred.
- Must possess strong project management skills, thoroughness and technical capacity.
- Self-directed with the ability to work independently while being highly motivated.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented, dependable and trustworthy (due to complex and sensitive documents).
- Demonstrates ability to organize, prioritize, manage time well, and multitask.
- Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills are essential.
- In-depth knowledge of business technology (computer, scanner, printer, fax, phone) and well versed in Microsoft Office products.
