Job Description
We are seeking friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent dining experiences by delivering prompt, courteous service and ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests in a warm and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
Basic Qualifications
- Prior Hibachi or Restaurant customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic math and money-handling skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Qualifications
- Experience with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Upselling or hospitality experience
