The Role:
As an Ad Operations Specialist you will work, day to day with the Operations team on campaigns. You will play a vital role in collecting the details to make our client’s campaigns successful. You will be responsible for making sure the product meets exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the Sales team from kickoff to delivery, including scheduled deliveries, client integrations and other operational duties
- Must be motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently in remote environments.
- Ability to organize, prioritize complete activities and meet deadlines on a daily basis.
- Work closely with Client Success Managers & Sales to ensure campaigns run smoothly, leads meet all campaign parameters.
- Willingness to learn, adapt and perfect your work; you seek help when needed while suggesting new ways to tackle past business processes.
- Manage regular tasks with minimal oversight
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Entry level, 0-2 years experience in operations, marketing, data entry/analysis
- Excellent time management, analytical and communications skills
- Proficient in excel
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to catch errors
- Must have grit and be a self-starter
- Ability to communicate ideas clearly
