Job Overview
The Clinical Exercise Associate supports the delivery of the Lifestyle365 medical exercise program by implementing exercise plans developed by a Clinical Exercise Specialist or other qualified provider. This role maintains a consistent presence within the medical fitness facility to reinforce adherence, collect objective health data, support accountability, and enhance member engagement. The Associate does not independently prescribe or modify exercise programs and escalates clinical concerns appropriately.
Responsibilities
1. Implements exercise programs developed by Clinical Exercise Specialist.
2. Collects objective data including VO2max, strength testing, blood pressure, body composition, grip strength.
3. Reinforces adherence and supports member accountability.
4. Escalates abnormal findings to appropriate clinical staff.
5. Maintains documentation according to program standards.
6. Ensures facility cleanliness and equipment safety.
7. Participates in community outreach and HealthyCare sessions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience and/or education in an exercise-related field, required. Experience in healthcare, wellness, or customer service preferred.
- Current BLS certification through required, or obtain within 60 days of hire.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
