Responsibilities:
- Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with vehicle recovery and towing needs
- Load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts
- Secure vehicles properly to ensure safe transportation
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the tow truck
- Maintain accurate records of each tow and complete necessary paperwork
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience operating a tow truck preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Knowledge of basic automotive mechanics is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
