Plastics Unlimited is seeking an experienced Thermoforming Production Manager to lead our thermoforming operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery while developing a high-performing production team. Key Responsibilities
· Lead daily operations for the thermoforming, CNC trimming, and secondary operations departments.
· Execute production schedules while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
· Supervise, coach, and develop production supervisors and employees.
· Coordinate staffing, equipment, tooling, and resources to meet production demands.
· Monitor production performance and quickly resolve issues affecting safety, quality, or productivity.
· Partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing to improve operations and support new product launches.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring standardized processes are followed and sustained.
· Foster a safe, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
· Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
· Experience in thermoforming, plastics manufacturing, or similar industrial processes preferred.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to lead multiple priorities while maintaining safety, quality, and production goals.
· Experience developing employees through coaching, training, and performance management.
· Proficiency with production metrics and continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.
