ConeCraft is a design and manufacturing company providing equipment to the biopharmaceutical industry. ConeCraft employs approximately 120 people, and individuals work closely together. The environment is fast-paced, and all positions in the company require some cross-functional and teamwork skills.
ConeCraft has grown steadily since starting in 2003. The POLISHER positions have been created to help manage growth and meet our customers’ schedule needs. Polishers at ConeCraft are an important part of the team as the functionality and appearance of our finished equipment is of paramount importance. ConeCraft is an ASME Code-certified shop that manufactures only stainless steel equipment.
Skills and responsibilities include and are not limited to:
· De-burr and polish stainless steel parts, weldments, and equipment
· ConeCraft provides additional training on the job, but the candidate must have experience polishing stainless steel
· Ability to read and understand dimensioned shop drawings
· Ability to read a tape measure is required
· Strong work ethic is expected
· Ability to work well as part of the team and a willingness to move between projects often and as needed is required

Shift –
1st Shift: 5:00 am/6:00 am – 3:30 pm/4:30 pm M-F; Saturday hours available based on workload
2nd Shift: 3:30 pm - 2:00 am M-F, Saturday hours available based on workload
Salary – Starting at 18/hr based on experience; Plus $2/hr shift differential.
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
