Join a fun, small, entrepreneurial team. We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to expand our position in sports lighting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a well-organized sales process. This role offers an opportunity to develop sales skills, enhance knowledge-base, and contribute to a positive customer experience. Prior experience in Sales is helpful but not required. Lighting experience? Great but not necessary if you learn fast.
Duties
- Cold outreach.
- Prospect and opportunity pipeline management.
- Marketing strategy.
- Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving issues promptly
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities
- Ability to develop a passionate sales pitch to engaged prospects.
- Writing proposals and packaging sales information for customer decisions.
- Working in a small, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
- Basic math skills for daily operations and sales calculations
