Richmond, VA | Fuel Truck Driver
Eagle Transport operates terminals throughout the eastern United States, specializing in the transportation of fuel, chemical, and dry bulk product. As our team expands we are hiring Class A Drivers to join our Richmond, VA terminal team.
Fuel Tanker Drivers with Eagle Transport ensure the safe transportation of fuel products to client locations while adhering to DOT regulations, corporate policies, and company protocols.
Job Duties
- Safely delivery dispatched loads of Fuel product to client locations and facilities, ensuring that all deliveries are delivered timely and accurately.
- Manage all aspects of safe truck operation according to DOT regulation Eagle Company policies and safety protocols.
- Accurately prepare and complete all required equipment and delivery reports.
- Work closely with dispatch and other team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
Requirements
- Be at least 23 years of age.
- Valid Class A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsement
- 1- 2 years recent experience operating a tractor-trailer
- No more than two (2) moving violations in the past three (3) years and no DUI/DWI/OUI within the past ten (10) years.
- Have no chargeable "DOT-Recordable" accidents while driving a commercial vehicle in the past three (3) years.
- Ability to read, speak and understand the English Language
