A local company in the Pacific Northwest is searching for a natural born leader for the office manager position.

- The Office Manager will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, office staff supervision, and task delegation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee general office operation.
- Greet visitors, answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and deliver world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings and manage staff calendars and schedules.
- Supervise, mentor, train, and coach our office staff and delegates assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Produce reports, compose correspondence, and draft new contracts.
- Create presentations and other management-level reports.
- Assist with accounting activities.
- Manage the social media channels of the company.
- Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and scheduling.
- Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts
- Continue education in management, organization, and team-building skills.
- Manage employee schedules and troubleshoot scheduling conflicts as they arise.
- Establish team atmosphere through leadership and employee development.
- Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintain office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
- B.A. or B.S. preferred.
- Ten years of experience in office administration and five years as an Office Manager.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite especially MS Excel and QuickBooks.
- Experience with scheduling, AP, AR, budgeting, and payroll.
- Advanced computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment.
- Bi-lingual English / Spanish a must.
- Must be available evenings/weekends if needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
