What You’ll Do as a Retail Customer Service Associate:
- Work directly with customers to introduce Frontier’s internet, wireless, and service solutions
- Assist customers through the enrollment, activation, and account setup process
- Provide accurate information regarding promotions, pricing, and service features
- Build strong customer relationships to create a positive customer experience
- Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account information
- Collaborate with fellow Retail Customer Service Associates to achieve daily and weekly goals
- Identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and support account growth
- Deliver professional customer support while representing the Frontier brand
What We’re Looking For in a Retail Customer Service Associate:
- No experience required — paid training provided
- Previous experience as a Retail Customer Service Associate is a plus
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
