Lucky Day Cleaning is a fast-growing, locally owned residential cleaning company serving the Metro Nashville area (we currently service Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Nolensville, Murfreesboro, Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, and other nearby cities). We're building something different - a cleaning company that's reliable, professional, and genuinely proud of the work it does.
We're looking for an Operations Manager who will be the backbone of our field operations - someone who leads by example, isn't above picking up a mop when needed, and takes real ownership of the quality and consistency that our clients count on. This is a ground-floor role with real growth potential as we scale
Start date: ASAP (interview and background screening take between 7-10 days)
Duties:
- Oversee day-to-day field operations and coordinate cleaner schedules and assignments
- Perform residential cleans to Lucky Day's quality standards across Franklin, Brentwood, and surrounding service areas
- Complete recurring, deep clean, and move-in/move-out cleans using our room-by-room checklists
- Conduct quality checks on completed cleans - in person and via client feedback
- Train new cleaners on Lucky Day standards, checklists, and product usage
- Hold cleaners accountable to punctuality, professionalism, and quality expectations
- Step in to cover jobs when a cleaner calls out or capacity requires it
- Serve as the primary point of contact for cleaner questions and field issues
- Serve as the quality benchmark - your cleans set the standard for the rest of the team
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in residential cleaning
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- A high standard of quality
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Must speak English
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
