We are Hardee’s of SW MO, Inc. and operate 10 Hardee’s restaurants in the SW Missouri and NW Arkansas areas. We hope that you consider applying to work for our company! We need a detail-oriented leader that is ready for a high-level management position with experience in the restaurant/fast food industry.
At Hardee’s, our General Managers develop, support and lead the restaurant team members. They are accountable for sales growth by maintaining the highest standards in quality, service and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.
Annual salary up to $70,000.00 a year. Average work week is 50 hours.

Responsibilities include:
Interview and hire high quality Team Members.
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
Ensures that Team Members work at a pace to maintain restaurant's established speed of service guidelines.
Continuously improves the skills, knowledge and morale of all Team Members.
Train, coach and provide regular performance feedback (positive and corrective).
Is of high personal integrity and treats all Team Members with honesty, respect and dignity.
Ensures that Team Members monitor dining room, restroom, parking lot and overall facility cleanliness.
Executes company-wide marketing programs.
Addresses guest issues that may arise; consults with management regarding complex issues.
Upholds company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of our guests and Team Members.
Communicates employee performance and policy/procedure violations to management for appropriate handling.
Strictly adheres to & enforce all Company policies and procedures.
