Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Education Director to lead and shape the educational strategies of our organization. Duties
- Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives to enhance educational programs and organizational growth
- Manage organizational budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to support educational activities and staff needs
- Oversee compliance with state-specific education laws and regulations, maintaining high standards of legal adherence
- Lead and supervise staff, including teachers, administrative personnel, and school leaders, promoting professional development and team cohesion
- Provide instructional leadership by establishing best practices in teaching and curriculum development
- Collaborate with school administrators to improve student outcomes through innovative educational strategies
- Monitor program effectiveness through data analysis and feedback, making adjustments to optimize results
- Foster strong relationships with community stakeholders, including parents, local authorities, and educational partners
- Manage and promote the school through in-person and web based advertising technologies
Requirements
- Proven experience in school administrative leadership or as a school experience director with a strong background in education administration
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational management within educational settings
- Deep understanding of state-specific education laws and compliance requirements
- Extensive management experience overseeing personnel management in education environments
- Strong background in instructional leadership and academic program development
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams toward shared goals
- Prior experience in university or higher education settings is highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills combined with a passion for educational excellence and innovation
- Technological skills such as excel, word, gmail, and some graphic design such as canva (or at least a willingness to learn)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
