We are seeking a motivated and skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicle systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are running smoothly and reliably.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics using automotive diagnostic tools and schematics to identify issues accurately.
- Repair and maintain various vehicle systems including powertrain, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, and ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems).
- Interpret automotive wiring diagrams to troubleshoot electrical problems effectively.
- Conduct vehicle maintenance services such as oil changes, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and suspension system repairs.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs efficiently while adhering to safety standards.
- Test drive vehicles post-repair to ensure issues are resolved and vehicle performance meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Proven dealership or service technician experience with a strong background in automotive repair.
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and the use of diagnostic tools for accurate troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and ADAS technology.
- Mechanical expertise in powertrain systems, transmissions, vehicle suspension systems, and diesel engine repair.
- Ability to interpret schematics and automotive wiring diagrams confidently.
- Hands-on experience with vehicle maintenance procedures including alignments and transmission repairs.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive repair equipment.
- Must provide own hand tools, Diagnostic tools provided.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency in automotive electrical systems.
Pay: $15.00 - $45.00 per hour
