Pro Work is hiring a Residential Sales & Estimating Consultant to guide homeowners from their first consultation to a signed project agreement. You'll spend your time meeting clients, understanding their goals, gathering project information, preparing preliminary estimates, and partnering with our team to move projects confidently into preconstruction.
This is a consultative sales role, not a high-pressure sales environment. We're looking for someone who listens well, builds trust, and creates an exceptional customer experience while supporting the estimating process.

You'll own the client experience from the initial inquiry through the early stages of preconstruction by:

Managing and qualifying inbound leads through discovery calls and client consultations

Conducting on-site meetings, project walkthroughs, and homeowner consultations

Taking field measurements, photos, and gathering project details for estimating purposes

Preparing and presenting preliminary ballpark estimates and project recommendations

Supporting the estimating and preconstruction process by organizing project scope and documentation

Building strong relationships with homeowners and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process

Maintaining consistent follow-up communication to improve conversion rates and client experience

Tracking pipeline activity, CRM updates, and KPIs to ensure accountability and performance

Working closely with leadership while operating independently with minimal supervision

Representing Pro Work professionally within the community and at networking opportunities
You'll stand out if you have:

2+ years of experience in residential construction, remodeling, home improvement, or home services

A background in sales, residential estimating, customer consulting, or business development

Confidence discussing project budgets and guiding homeowners through purchasing decisions

Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills

Excellent organization and follow-through

The ability to manage multiple opportunities while staying accountable to goals

Experience using CRM software, JobTread, or similar construction management platforms

Comfort using modern technology and AI tools to improve productivity

A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for client appointments

Base salary of $55,000-$65,000 annually
