Duties
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail extensions with precision and artistry
- Apply color theory principles to create custom nail designs that match clients’ preferences and current trends
- Maintain strict salon safety protocols by adhering to sanitation, disinfection procedures, and proper disinfection of tools and workstations
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, recommend suitable treatments, and provide excellent customer service
- Educate clients on nail care routines and aftercare to promote healthy nails and repeat business
- Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Stay updated on industry trends such as esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, dermabrasion, and hair threading to broaden service offerings
Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Nail Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of cosmetology practices including acrylic nail application, gel manicures, nail extensions, and sanitation standards
- Strong understanding of color theory and nail art techniques to create innovative designs
- Familiarity with salon safety protocols, disinfection procedures, and client communication skills
- Ability to perform multiple services such as manicure, pedicure, eyelash extensions, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently
- Valid cosmetology license or certification where applicable; ongoing training preferred

Pay: $1,999.49 - $2,407.99 per week
